The Premier Builders team is led by Jacob Novicke. With more than 20 years of combined experience in residential construction and commercial development, he understands our clients’ needs. A native Texan, Jacob, grew up around home building. He began his journey in home building as an electrician and then moved into a management role with a custom home builder.
Upon graduation from Texas A&M, Jacob gained more experience as a developer and general contractor. He built town homes, custom homes valued up to $400,000, and commercial structures valued up to $10 million in College Station and Houston. This is when Jacob developed his passion for providing clients with beautiful, quality custom homes at a reasonable price.
Premier Builders recently opened a new office in Sealy – an area of Texas seeing tremendous growth in the custom home market.
